Ultrasound of Abdomen FINDINGS: LIVER: 14.6 cm ,Normal in size ,shape and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. Common bile duct: Visualized common bile duct appears normal in course and calibre. Portal vein: Normal at porta. Hepatic veins are normal. Gall bladder: Distended. No evidence of calculi/polyp noted within. Spleen: Normal in size and echotexture. No focal lesion. Pancreas: Head,body and tail appears normal in size and echotexture. Right Kidney: normal in shape, echotexture and cortico-medullary junction. No evidence of hydronephrosis,hydroureter or calculus. Left Kidney:, normal in shape, echotexture and cortico-medullary junction. No evidence of hydronephrosis,hydroureter or calculus. Urinary Bladder: Distended, normal. Pelvis: Prostate is seen. It is normal in size and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. Miscellaneous: No ascites is seen. No lymphadenopathy is seen. Bowel appears unremarkable. IMPRESSION: USG abdomen reveals: No significant abnormality .
